T-ladies are made into women, we are not born female, it takes time and money to transition from male to female.
I am on estrogen, the female hormones which gives a T-lady female characeteristics, such as losing facial hair, growing women's breasts, losing muscle mass and getting a softer body and softer skin, getting wider women's hips, etc... The estogen in many ways gives us a woman's body.
I have also had all of my facial hair and chest hair removed with laser and electrolysis, and I of course keep my legs and underarms shaved smooth

A transexual lady has been completely femininized with estrogen, facial feminization surgery, breast implants, etc. and usually means she has also had her male genetalia removed and been given a vagina (although some She-Males also refer to themselves as transexual women).
A ladyboy is the East Asian name for a She-Male lady or a transexual lady.
